The Academy was created to help youth athletes perform at their best, on and off the field.

Led by some of New Jersey's top sports performance coaches, The Academy takes a different type of approach towards training - one that is backed by science and built by a passion for helping youth athletes achieve a new level of success.

Our coaching staff is second to none and sets the tone. From elite level athletes who still compete professionally to PHD's in exercise science, this is what we do & love.

Our facility was designed from the ground up with athletic performance in mind. We have the tools necessary to take your athletes game to the next level on all fronts.

Our system was created to build well rounded athletes - period. No gimmicks, no fads, no guesswork, just high quality training that produces the results necessary to win.

The Academy // Our System

The core offering of The Academy is our(3) pod system which helps build well rounded athletes. Sessions will last 1 hour in duration having athletes spend 20 minutes in each pod. Athletes are in small groups with an athlete to coach ratio of 8:1, you'll receive undivided attention to ensure the highest level of results.


MOVE

Mobility | Activation | Agility

In our first pod athletes will work on mobility and activation drills before entering into the next pod to prime and prep the body for the work to come.

BUILD

Strength | Speed | Power

In our second pod, athletes will be brought through our performance program focusing on speed mechanics, top end speed, lateral quickness, strength & power - designed based off of FCM and PAP methods for a quick and explosive athlete.

WORK

Conditioning Work Capacity

In our final pod, athletes will work through a conditioning circuit meant to help them build their work capacity pushing their endurance and stamina to their peak. They'll leave each session feeling like they earned it and it will show on the field!

COACH MARK DIMAIO

Mark brings over 10 years’ of sport specific training experience. Working with all levels of athletes - Mark’s creativity and attention to detail has yielded unrivaled results that’s designed to transfer directly on the field. From Speed , Power & Explosiveness- Whether you’re looking to build on foundational movements or compete for a D1 scholarship, he’s our guy to get you there.

COACH HARRY AMBROSINO

Harry has been in the Athletic Performance field for over 12+ years. His knowledge and experience within the Athletic Performance industry is unmatched. Specializing in speed, agility, quickness - Harry has worked with athletes of all ages from youth to pro helping them transfer his coaching techniques into your sport!

COACH MATT ANDZEL

A professor at Kean University, a football and track & field coach at Westfield High, and an established strength & conditioning coach, Matt has worked with everyone from youth athletes to NFL players in helping them develop in all facets of their fitness. Matt brings with him a deep understanding of sports performance program design.
